To unlock this achievement, you need to find the All-Devouring Narwhal weekly boss. This boss can be found in Shadow of Another World Trounce Domain, which gets unlocked after completing Chapter IV: Act V – Masquerade of the Guilty’s Archon Quest Finale. After entering the domain, you will have to fight the boss Narwhal. It is best to use a character that has Arkhe to quickly defeat the Phantasm. Bring its health down to half to enter its belly.
Once inside, you will meet the Phantasm enemy, and all you have to do is avoid its attacks as best as possible. You can use a character that has a shield, or just keep your distance and avoid any oncoming attacks. Ranged attacks work best here, since the Phantasm is a melee attacker. Keep attacking it till it turns into a ball of energy, then attack it using Arkhe to defeat it. Once you do, you will unlock the achievement.
