How to Get to Rowland Arms in Starfield
To get to Rowland Arms in Starfield, open up the star map and go into the Cheyenne System. From there, go to Akila. Now, land in Akila City. Once you are in Akila City, go through the main gate that says “Welcome to Akila City.” Go straight and you will come across a second welcome gate on the left. Go into that and walk straight. At the end of the path, you will find Rowland Arms on the left.
