To start, you have to first find Cooper in the Sixth Circle bar. The bar is located in Cydonia City, and once you enter it you can find Cooper in a corner. Listen to his business proposal, then make your way to the mines. The Deep Mines are located quite close to the bar, so follow the quest marker to make your way over there. Once inside, defeat any enemies you encounter and interact with their leader. Pick your choice on how you wish to deal with the leader. After that, follow the marker to reach the intercom. Cooper will have further information about the Aqueous Hematite’s whereabouts.
Make your way back to the chamber you arrived from and check the metal stairs. Underneath the stairs is where the Aqueous Hematite is located. Use your laser cutter to grab a sample, then take it to the Thesher in the next room and run it through the machine. You can now craft the Pick-Me-Up, which will help increase your carry capacity temporarily.
