To unlock the Holo Tactics mini-game, you need to complete the Locate the Odd Pair rumor. You can get this rumor from Moran after getting out of Forest Array. For the rumor, you need to locate and bring back Tulli Mu and Bhima Ook to Pyloon’s Saloon. The duo can be found in Boiling Bluff. Once they are in the saloon, head over to the first floor and interact with them to start playing on their new board.
Before you start playing the Holotactics mini-game, it is best to explore more of the regions and use BD-1 to scan the various enemies. The game requires plenty of enemy scans who will act as your pawn in the game. The more enemies you scan the more troops you can make use of while playing.
