If you talk to Caij after defeating Kip, you will get the second bounty Rumor for Raz. This bunker muster-turned-rogue droid is quite powerful, and its location is not marked. Your only clue is to head over to Forest Array, so that’s what you have to do. Visit the Forest Array meditation point in Koboh.
To find Raz, you need to head to the central area of Forest Array. From the meditation point, head left and keep going till you reach the shortcut you unlocked earlier. Go around the area, drop down, and head over to the central room. You will find Raz inside. They are not as powerful as they sound, and with a couple of deflects and trying to find the opportune time to strike, you can quickly bring them down.
