The game allows you to create villages and take after the residents while progressing through the game’s story as a solo player or in co-op. One of the quests you will come across in the game is the Sengoku Dynasty Herbs for Mata. However, many players cannot complete this quest due to a bug. Can you Fix Sengoku Dynasty Herbs for Mata Bug?
The quest Herb for Mata requires you to complete the objectives – Bring Gobo to Mata: 6, Bring Yello Chrysanthemum to Mata: 21. Players who collected the ingredients report that Mata does not take them and keeps requesting them; hence, the quest gets stuck.
The developers of the game and their social media handler on Steam have acknowledged it multiple times that the bug is a known issue and will be fixed in the next update. The good news is that this is a side quest and will not stop the story from progressing. You can return to this quest anytime. So, once the next patch is out and the Sengoku Dynasty herbs for the Mata bug are fixed, you can return and complete it.
So far, there is no known workaround to bypass the bug, so you have no option but to skip it and continue with the story.
