The quest Herb for Mata requires you to complete the objectives – Bring Gobo to Mata: 6, Bring Yello Chrysanthemum to Mata: 21. Players who collected the ingredients report that Mata does not take them and keeps requesting them; hence, the quest gets stuck.

The developers of the game and their social media handler on Steam have acknowledged it multiple times that the bug is a known issue and will be fixed in the next update.
