To obtain the Ice Crown, you need to find and defeat the XMAS Monster superboss. This superboss does not spawn naturally, rather you need to find and defeat another boss to obtain a rare item. The boss you need to find is the Snowman Boss, and upon defeating it you will get the Snow orb drop. You can find the Snowman Boss in the Winter Island area. Defeat it and use the Snow Orb to summon the XMAS Monster. If you didn’t get the Snow Orb the first time, you can always rematch with the Snowman boss to get it. The chances of it dropping the Snow Orb is 2%, so you have to try several times before you can get it.
After summoning the XMAS Monster, defeat it to get the Ice Crown. The drop rate for the Ice Crown is 20%, but you can try as many times as you like till you get this item. Now all that is left is to equip it and gain the benefits.
