You can choose to do it, or make another choice entirely. One of the characters you will meet is Meidra, who will ask you to hand over the Tear of Kaeula ring. Meidra is a character you will encounter during your Yaesha journey. You will meet her after your fight with Kaeula, and Meidra will thank you for ending her sister’s suffering. She will also mention the Tear of Kaeula ring that her sister had, where you will have the choice of handing the ring over or not.

Give Meidra the Tear of Kaeula

Meidra will be thrilled to get the ring from you, and in return for your effort you will receive the Sorrow handgun. The Sorrow is a handheld crossbow that shoots 5 shots. Below are all the Sorrow stats.

• RPS – 2.6
• Range – 16m
• Falloff range – 52m
• Unique Ability: Eulogy – Recalls any fired bullets. Each bolt received will replenish 2% of max health. The bolts will stack up to 10 instead of 5 after recall.

Keep the Tear of Kaeula

If you keep the ring, you can equip it and use its effects. The Tear of Kaeula increases relic effectiveness by 2, which gives you two additional charges. The questline with Meidra will end here after you keep the ring.

There is no right or wrong choice here, as it depends on your preferences. If you wish to own a handgun instead, you can hand over the ring. If you think the ring is more significant, you can keep it.
