The easiest method you can try to get the Clear Amulet is by defeating four Gym Leaders and buying it from Mesagoza Delibird Presents. Clearing out the weaker Gym Leaders can help you get the four badges easily to make a purchase here. You can refer to this guide to see how all the Gym Leaders are ranked. After that, head over to Mesagoza and enter it through the west gate. You can clearly see a shop with red borders. Head inside and click on the Battle Items option to select it. Scroll down till you can find the Clear Amulet, it will cost 30,000 PokeDollars.

Another way to get the Clear Amulet is to get it as a reward for defeating nine Trainers in the West Province (Area One). You can talk to the Battle League Rep at the Pokémon Center in West Province (Area One) to get the objective. After completing it, head back to the rep and claim the Clear Amulet as a reward.
