To evolve Fighting/ Electric type Pokémon, Pawmo, you need to find them first. You can find Pawmo in the South Province, especially in areas 4,5, and 6. You have to look a bit hard to find them on the grass, they can be found standing on two feet. If you have no luck finding Pawmo, you can instead find Electric-type Pokémon Pawmi. Pawmi is more common to find, and can be found across Paldea, especially around the South Province and sometimes on Poco Path. Once you find a Pawmi, you can evolve it to Pawmo by reaching Pokémon level 18.

Now, you can further evolve Pawmo into Pawmot. The process is really simple, just use Pawmo during the Let’s Go feature and let it walk beside you. You have to place Pawmo in your party before you can use this feature. Press the R/ ZR button on your Switch to release Pawmo, then make it walk 1,000 steps. After that, level up Pawmo once to evolve it to Pawmot. You can use Rare or XP candy, or just level it up naturally by including it in fights. If done correctly, you will now have Fighting/ Electric type Pawmot.
