You can find Sandy Shocks after reaching the post-game and unlocking Area Zero, where the Research Centers are. You can find this area on the Great Crater portion of the map. Head into the Research Center and hop onto the Portal. You can either visit Research area 1 or 2 to find Sandy Shocks. Exit the Centers and hop onto your Koraidon, then zip around the area a few times to find them. Sometimes they spawn at the entrance to Research Center 1, so if you can’t find it, run around the area or visit the Center again and come back to see if it spawns. You can catch multiple Sandy Shocks as they frequently spawn in the area.

Sandy Shocks is an Electric/ Ground type Pokémon and has a striking resemblance to Magneton. Its features are somewhat primitive and prehistoric, to match the Scarlet theme.
