You need to get the VIP invite first before you can enter the VIP area inside the Neon Cradle. Once you get it and have gained access, you need to find the red and blue keycards. The blue keycard can be found on the bouncer who lets you into the VIP area, while the red keycard can be found inside the Accounting Office.
You can find the IT room and the Accounting Office on the ground floor. The IT room is currently guarded, so there is no way you can get inside right now. The easiest way to get inside without alerting anyone is by visiting the washroom nearby. Once you enter the washroom, at the end of the room is a vent on the left. Exit through the vent to land inside the IT room. The second method is to distract the guard by setting off the fireworks machine nearby. You can now quickly use the red keycard to enter the IT room.
How to Steal the Crypto Wallet in Payday 3
Now that you are inside the IT room, you will find a high security area with the crypto wallet behind the grilled gate. You can get two options to unlock the door. The first method is to power down the gate and steal the crypto wallet. The second method is to find the accountant and hold him hostage. You can then use his biometrics to get access to the crypto wallet.
For the first option, take a look at the whiteboard inside the IT Room. There is a code and a color written on it. Note it down, then make your way to the Electrical Facility. You can find the Electrical Facility when you take the stairs up towards the main entrance to the VIP room. Use the blue keycard that you swiped earlier and get inside to solve a mini puzzle.
If you have noted the code and color from the whiteboard, then you can check out which switch to pull. After that, make your way to the Accounting Office and interact with the computer to disable the biometrics. If done correctly, the gate will be unlocked and you can loot the crypto wallet.
While this will help if you are in stealth, if playing in Overkill then you can take the accountant as hostage. You can find him inside the VIP room with the sign outside that says Black Knight. Hold the accountant hostage and make your way to the IT Room either through the main area or through the washroom vent. Use the biometrics to unlock the gate and steal the crypto wallet. Whichever method you choose, you can either end the heist after acquiring the crypto wallet, or find the vault to get more loot.
