You need to find the power room and figure out which switch to flip. Before you can do that, pick up the red and blue keycards from the guards on the top and ground floors. After that, enter the power room on the top floor and interact with the computer inside. Right beside the computer you can find a monitor mounted nearby. Interact with it to know which color switch you should flip.
After that, make your way down and find the lock active box. Flip the switch color that you were notified about before. Now all that is left is to unlock the vault and get all the cash out quickly to complete the heist.
