The Pal Metal Helm schematic is a late game legendary schematic that you can unlock by defeating Alpha Frostallion. This is a level 50 Alpha Boss located in the Tundra Region, northwest of the map. Its exact coordinates are -358, 507. You would need cold resistant armor before embarking here. Besides that, you would also require high level weapons like the Assault Rifle and Fire type Pals to help you defeat it. Bring along some legendary and ultra spheres to capture and contain it
Defeating the Alpha Frostallion will help drop the schematic for the legendary Pal Metal Helm. If you don’t get it the first time, you can always come back after 1 real time hour for it to respawn. All bosses will respawn after 1 hour, so check back after the cooldown period is over. Once you finally get the schematic, make your way to the Production Assembly Line II.
