Soralite is considered one of the most important new resources available from the Palworld 1.0 update. The item will play an important role in crafting top-tier weapons, armours, and other advanced materials that will help you later in the game. Although you can collect Soralite yourself through manual mining, establishing a proper mining camp is the most straightforward method to obtain plenty of it. In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get Soralite, the best ways to mine it, and the best base locations on the Sunreach Islands.
How to Get Soralite in Palworld

You’ll have to go to the Sunreach Islands for your Soralite. You can do this by flying if your flying Pal has enough energy. You can start at (-493, 1381) and just fly to the east until you get to the Sunreach Islands.
If you want to take the intended path, you first have to beat the Feybreak Tower boss. That will unlock a teleport that you can use any time you want to teleport to the Sunreach Islands. When you find a Soralite mining spot, you’ll see that you can’t mine it with a normal pickaxe; you need a Plasma Multicutter.
How to Mine Soralite in Palworld

The Plasma Multicutter is unlocked at Level 54. While it is a costly item to craft, it is the quickest method to mine Soralite. To get maximum results, it is advised to point the cutter to the crack of the ore node instead of aiming at the rock. Hitting the crack destroys the node much faster and lets you collect Soralite quickly. If you don’t want to craft the Plasma Multicutter, there are a couple of other options:
- Set up a base next to a Soralite deposit and let the Pals mine the resource for you.
- Beat local enemies on the Sunreach Islands – some of them also give Soralite as loot.
Another great option becomes available at Level 72. You will be able to unlock the Soralite Quarry from the Technology tree. Once you have gathered enough Soralite from the drops to craft the building, you will be able to farm Soralite at your own base rather than manually. If you decide to build a mining base, one of the most recommended places is at the coordinates (302, 1408), east of Far Cry Marsh.
Best Soralite Base Locations
If you plan to farm large amounts of Soralite, building a mining base on the Floating Islands is the most efficient strategy. Here are some of the best locations:
Base Spot #1

This is one of the best locations for farming, having six Soralite nodes within a base zone. With a few of the Anubis working on this base, they can mine this ore constantly and take it straight to your Guild Chest, which can then be accessed from anywhere else.
Base Spot #2

This location contains five Soralite nodes and offers a larger, flatter area for building. There are additional ore nodes nearby, although one base radius won’t cover every deposit.
Base Spot #3

This area is situated in one of the highest Floating Islands and consists of five closely spaced Soralite nodes. It is a pretty good place for manual farming, although not the best choice to have a base there.
Base Spot #4

Another excellent choice with six Soralite nodes. The open cliffside terrain provides plenty of room for building a mining base while keeping all the important ore nodes within reach.
Base Spot #5

This more peaceful site has five Soralite nodes within one base radius range. There are more nodes here, but they lie beyond the build area, so they cannot be automated.
Base Spot #6

This is also an amazing spot to farm with six Soralite points and a couple more deposits outside the base perimeter. This makes a great choice for automatic mining as well as farming.
