Once you reach Coastside Plaza in Dayton Wetlands, head over to 7475, -4922. This area is east of the main plaza area. If you look east here, you will spot a strange rock. You will spot a glow coming from the cracks within the rock. Technically there is something inside, and you need to find a way to break the rock open. There are a few ways you can try to do that
You can use a heavy duty pickaxe to mine at the rock. Or you can toss a grenade at it and it will explode, making quick work of the task. Whichever method you pick, once you destroy the rock, you can find a loot crate inside. Investigate the loot crate and you can claim your treasure
