Make your way to Heapside Strand fast travel point and visit the house on the coordinates X: 53, Y: -120. Get inside the house and explore it till you find an interactable wardrobe. Open it to find Thrumbo hiding inside. If you talk to him, you get a choice to kill him, take him back to his owner, or help him. If you choose to kill him and take his body back to Mystic Carrion, ensure that you don’t loot the corpse. If you choose to help him, you will go on a lengthy quest to find the Mystic Carrion’s body parts to make the Carrion weaker. This will help you in the oncoming fight with the Mystic Carrion.
