The first time you will encounter a sniper is very early in the game. You and Shepard will get notified of someone sniping between the trees in the woods. The quickest way you can get this trophy is to toss a flashbang near the sniper’s location when you spot him. You can see him sprinting between the trees, so once you have your eyes locked on him, toss the flashbang. This will momentarily stun him, and you can quickly sprint towards him and complete a takedown. In case the prompt to takedown doesn’t appear, restart the mission and try again.

If you are having a hard time trying to spot the sniper, the next best thing you can do is wait for him to hit you. This will give you a clear indication of his location, after which you can sprint directly at him and perform a takedown or stun him before you do a takedown.
