Before you try to get your hands on the Bullpup Kit, you need to work on getting the Pulemyot LMG. Once you get it, you have to upgrade it to the highest level. Next, you need to meet one simple requirement to unlock the Jak Annihilator Bullpup Kit, and that is to get 25 kills while hip-firing with Tac-Stance. Tac-Stance is the newest feature introduced in MW3, which draws a fine line between hip firing and ADS. While it may hamper your accuracy, you will have increased movement which is more suited if you like to play aggressively.
You can load into any mode and play a number of matches to acquire 25 kills. Of course, you have to use hip firing with the Tac-Stance, and you can change your Tac-Stance settings while in the Gameplay Settings menu. If you have done this, you can quickly unlock the Bullpup Conversion kit. Now all that is left is to head over to the Gunsmith and equip the Bullpup Conversion Kit on the Pulemyot LMG.
