Modern Warfare 2’s Gunsmith option lets you unlock new weapons and attachments by leveling up existing weapons, so the only way you can get the VX Pineapple Vert Grip is by leveling up a certain weapon. To get this attachment, you need to unlock and level up the 556 Icarus Assault Rifle. If you don’t have the 556 Icarus, you can get it by leveling up the M4 Assault Rifle. You will have to use the M4 in matches to level it up, and you need to get it up to level 18. This will automatically give you the 556 Icarus. Now that you have the new gun, you need to level up the 556 Icarus to level 15. With that, you can unlock the VX Pineapple Vert Grip underbarrel.
