To get Ghost on your multiplayer team, you need to purchase the Vault edition of MW2, which is priced at $99.99 or £99.99. The Vault edition will contain all the OG Red Team 141 Operators, including Ghost. But if you wish to claim him by not using real money, then you will have to wait for Warzone 2.0, where he is listed as a confirmed playable operator. The Vault edition only lists the Operators but no skins for them, so you will have to play multiplayer using the original skin the Operator comes with.
Lieutenant Ghost belongs to the SpecGru faction in MW2, and you can know a bit about his skills and battle type by playing through the campaign missions in MW2. But unlike Oni Operator, getting Ghost is not exclusive to one platform, so anyone who has purchased the Vault edition can experience using Ghost, as well as other operators like Farah, Price, and Soap. Along with the exclusive operators, you can also unlock the Battle Pass at level 50+ and the FJX Cinder Weapon Vault.
