Just like how the Slimline Pro-Optic, the Edge-47 Grip, and the Cronen OP44 Muzzle are locked amongst other attachments, the Xten Black Kite Muzzle Suppressor is locked as well. This attachment cannot be unlocked currently, similar to the other attachments in the game. There is a way to use all locked attachments, and that is to join private matches. Besides that, there is no other way to test out these attachments, and they cannot be unlocked while playing multiplayer.
The reason for most of the attachments being locked indefinitely could be that the guns that these attachments belong to are not in the game. As per the new Gunsmith system, you can only unlock attachments of guns that you have unlocked through weapon progression, and the Xten Black Kite Muzzle Suppressor is not included with any of the guns available. Fans can still wait for Season 1 of Modern Warfare 2 to launch, which will coincide with Warzone 2, and hopefully, the Gunsmith will be updated with new guns.
