Iron Wayfarer Location
Your final encounter with the Iron Wayfarer will be at Bramis Castle. You will spot him right by the gate to the castle, so it is hard to evade him should you try.
Iron Wayfarer Fight Preparation
During his boss encounter he will deal a lot of fire attacks from his hammer. You need to properly equip yourself with Fire Wards, Burn Cure, and Burn Resistance Balm. You can also keep some Ignite Resistance Balms and Ignite Cures to see if it helps. As for your weapon, you can place either Frostbite Salts, Holt Salts, Poison Salts, or Smite Salts to cause extra damage
Iron Wayfarer Fight Guide
- The Iron Wayfarer has just his large hammer that he will use to smash the ground
- Eventually this hammer will start emitting fire and leave pools of lava around the area wherever it hits
- Initially you only have to deal with his regular hammer swings. He can repeatedly smash the area where you stand, or swing and smash the hammer to the ground
- When his hammer changes to add fire, he can perform fiery melee attacks and even ranged attacks.
- His hammer can spew flames in front of him. Dodge when you see this happen
- While he may be cumbersome in his attacks, the Iron Wayfarer can deal damage continuously.
- He can also roll around and dodge your attacks if you are on to him
- Because of the limited space on the bridge, you need to be extra aggressive on your approach
- Keep at him at all times and try to put a couple of hits before rolling away.
- If his weapon turns to fire, keep avoiding him till it turns back to a regular hammer
- If you can manage, you can try to dodge his fire melee attacks and hit him
- Keep dodging and hitting, even if it is a single hit, then roll away and repeat
- He will take time to run towards you if you are further away. You can use this time to switch to spells or ranged attacks and hit him
With enough hits and extra vigilance, you can quickly tackle the Iron Wayfarer in Lords of the Fallen. If you like this guide you can check out our other guides as well.
