Judge Cleric Fight Guide
Stage 1
- The first stage of battle is quite easy to deal with since she gives several signals before she attacks
- She uses her flagpole staff and her longsword to attack
- She will use Holy damage on her sword and staff while she swings to attack you
- Her sword has long reach, so timely dodges will help you get out of the way
- If you see her lift her staff, be prepared to dodge holy arrows that fall from the sky
- Sometimes she will also summon holy barbed vines using her staff
- You can quickly notice where these arrows or vines will appear, as there will be a golden circle surrounding the area of impact.
- Roll or sprint out of the target location when you see a golden line on the floor
- You can also try to get close to Judge Cleric during this time, as she will be standing still during the animation. This is a good time to get some hits
- If you are too far, ranged attacks and spells can help you
- There are several instances where she will be standing still between each of her attacks. Rush in and put some hits before she is aware
- If you get too close, she will use her melee weapons embedded with holy damage. You can quickly block or parry them, or even dodge and roll behind her to hit her
- It is best to use charged attacks whenever possible to stagger her
Stage 2
- During stage two, she will use fire damage and weapons embedded with flame and ignite
- She still has her two melee weapons, the longsword and her staff
- Judge Cleric will be a bit faster than before, with a new set of moves
- If you are too close to her, she will swing her sword or try to stab you with her staff. Dodge and roll behind her to hit her
- If you get too far away, she will dash and try to stab you with her staff
- Sometimes, she will stand still and absorb flames. Instead of attacking her here, run as far away as possible.
- She will release a fiery AoE that will cover a large distance, so avoid getting caught inside it.
- You can use ranged spells and weapons here, as she will take some time to recover
- She can also spew a row of fireballs from her staff. If you see her raise her staff and it has a red glow, roll away
- If you see her leave a glowing red trident behind, destroy it quickly. If left on the arena for a long time, it will keep summoning red shards from the ground at varying intervals.
- She can also leap up and slam herself to the ground, and fireballs will erupt around her. Dodge away from her area of impact
- The best times to attack her is when she is focused on her melee attacks, as you can dodge these and roll behind or beside her to stab her
- If at a distance, focus more on ranged spells to tackle her
