While exploring the Revelation Depths, you will encounter Harrower Dervla, the Pledged Knight. This boss is unique, as she uses her longsword for melee and her crossbow for ranged attacks. - Before you begin, it is best to have a magic ward equipped on you. You can als embed your weapon with Holy or Smite Salts to deal extra damage
- Her initial attack can be either ranged or melee, so if you spot arrows or a sword coming towards you, dodge it.
- Harrower Dervla’s melee attacks are quite basic. She will swing and hit, which gives you enough time to roll around and deal some damage
- If there is some distance between you two, then she will lunge and hit with her sword. This move is predictable and can be avoided
- Eventually she will switch to her crossbow attacks. She can deal several projectiles in a fan pattern around her
- These can be avoided by running away or dodging underneath them
- You can also use the pillars to hide and avoid the arrows. This only works if her weapons are not yet embedded with magic
- Sometimes you have to watch out for larger projectiles from the girl sitting on the platform above. The projectiles will come in succession and will track where you are.
- When Harrower Dervla’s health depletes to less than half, she will get far away and try to regenerate. This is the optimal time to hit her, as she stays in this position for a brief amount of time
- Her attacks will get stronger if you notice a blue glow on them. She can even knock down pillars.
- It is best to stay close to her as her moveset does not change. Land some attacks while she swings her sword
