While mines have a fixed location on the map, relics are harder to locate. Most you can find relics or artifacts while exploring the mining site, so that is one way to get relics. Other times you will have to complete certain quests and find them along the way. Below are all the mines and relics listed in Jagged Alliance 3

How to Increase Mine Production in Jagged Alliance 3
After you unlock the mine by liberating the settlement or through quests, you have to boost its production. The most effective way to do it is to increase nearby settlement loyalty. This will drastically increase mine production, helping you harvest more diamonds.
How to use Relics in Jagged Alliance 3
Relics can be given to the Adjani Museum in Port Cacao and you can get cash in return. Speak to Emma here to start a side quest that will earn cash and militia. You can also sell them to vendors, but you won’t get a fair deal for them. Most relics are locked behind a wisdom check, so keep that in mind while spotting some.
