To locate Larry, you have to go to Camp Savane in sector F7. There are tons of enemies, explosives, and mines in the area, so clear them first before you find him. Once the area is cleared, Larry will stand in the middle, but be incoherent. To bring him back to normal, you need a Metaviron. There are a few ways to get it if you haven’t already. After handing over the Metaviron, he will regain some of his senses, but he is still unstable. To completely cure him, you have to send him to rehab. Check your Stat map to find the Sanatorium. It is located east of Fleatown and marked by a hospital icon. Admit Larry to the Sanatorium and wait for a while. He will quickly recover and join your team.
