While you can acquire meds, bandaids, and first aid kits while scavenging, nothing beats the Metaviron. Metavirons can give maximum HP, which is why they are so sought after. This medical resource is the rarest to get, so there are just a handful of ways to acquire it. Metaviron can be obtained by spending diamonds on loot boxes. For one small diamond, you can get a Loot Box from Lalee Leewaylender at Fleatown Flea Market. But the loot rewards are random, and only the first 5 boxes offer valuable loot. You would have to try several times to gather enough Metaviron.
