If you ignore the refugee camp for too long, there will be an attack and all the residents will be dead. The blame will come to you, but you can dispel the rumors. There are four key people you need to find and collect clues from.
- The Hermit
- Biff
- Faucheaux
- Corazon
How to Collect Clues
There is no order on who to approach first, as you will encounter most of them during your time in the game. You will meet the Hermit, aka Mr. Ditch, during the Haunted Mansion quest. After completing the quest, talk to Mr. Ditch to get a vital piece of information.
Next, you will meet Biff as you progress on the main story quest. After defeating the Major and Chimurenga, if Biff is still alive, you can ask him to share some valuable intel. With the intel in hand, visit the Major at his camp and receive more intel on Corazon.
After that, go to Faucheaux’s HQ and defeat all the enemies and the boss here. Make your way to his office on the upper floor and decipher the notes on the table. You need a high leadership level to figure them out. Finally, speak to Corazon and ask her to tell you the truth. You will be able to clear your name in the refugee camp if you do this.
