With the new update, a lot of bosses and monsters have been freshly added to the game. If you are looking for the Balladeer Weekly boss, you should know the location of the Joururi Workshop, as you will need to unlock it.

Weekly bosses have a lot of loot to collect if you can defeat them, so they are great for leveling up the characters that you want. For the Balladeer Scaramouche Boss, you will first need to complete a few quests and locate the Joururi Workshop in order to unlock it. Once you have done so, you will be able to enter the domain and fight the boss.
The first thing you will need to do is to complete a very long quest. It is called the Archon Quest Chapter 3: Act 5 – Where the Boat of Consciousness Lies. You will need to be at least level 35 for this, and it should take you no longer than four hours if all goes well.
Once you have finished the quest, you will be able to find the domain of Sumery City, which is Joururi Workshop. It is in the location shown below. The boss will be inside the domain, so you will need to unlock it by interacting with the gate.
