In Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, the Double Tap achievement is a quick combat challenge that can be accomplished at the beginning of the gameplay. However, it is important to have a clear understanding of how to locate an ocelot as well as the appropriate timing for performing two consecutive parries. Go to Abaco Island
To get the Double Tap trophy, you are required to parry two attacks from the same ocelot in rapid succession. This achievement can be obtained early on in the game and is considered one of the easier ones in terms of combat.
One of the easiest locations to achieve this is the Abaco Island, which is visited during the crafting tutorial. Go to the island located at the coordinates 586,805, where you will find an ocelot spawn. The ocelot can spawn alone or a second one can spawn too, but you will need only one ocelot to get the achievement.
Parry Two Consecutive Attacks
Lock on to the ocelot by pressing the right stick. When it starts to attack, hit the parry button (left bumper by default) as soon as the blue indicator shows up.
After you successfully parry the first attack, the ocelot might attack again, so make sure you parry this follow-up attack as well. If you are able to parry two attacks from the same ocelot in quick succession, you will unlock the Double Tap achievement/trophy.
