The players might come across various weapons in these areas or run into one or more Necromorphs who are waiting to attack them.
Players have to unlock the Cargo Lift Circuit Breaker while doing the Find a Hydrazine Tank objective in the Medical. In this, players have to supply electricity to the cargo elevator to reach the fifth floor of the room.
As you reach the circuit breaker, you will find that there is no power core available in the circuit breaker.
Turn around, and on the right side, you will find the power core. Lift it by using your Kinesis Module and fix it in the above-mentioned part (available in the right side of the circuit breaker).
Now open the circuit breaker and turn on the Elevator while interacting with it.
Now stand on the cargo lift and activate it.
