In order to find and unlock the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower, players need to follow these steps:

Players can not simply go to the tower and unlock it.
The tower is located between Scout’s Hill and Dueling Peaks
Players need to go to the cave which is located just south of the tower

The cave is called Popla Foothills Excavation Site
After entering the tower, players will see many bats but dont worry just go inside the cave
Then players will come across the blocked room but they can open the door by pushing the stone slab in front of it.
The player simply needs to pick up a Stone nearby and place it on top of the stone Slab
This will open the door and players can progress further deep into the cave
Collect the chest and then go back to the area just left of the door where Brightcap is
Then use the ascend ability this will take you straight to the tower

Now players can unlock the tower and use it as a launching pad wherever.
This will also reveal the whole area on the map as well.
