After the Gloomrot update, Radium Alloy is one of the most important resources in the game and so far from what I have played and seen, the Alloy does not drop from enemies, meaning you need to craft it. Radium Alloy is used to make the Ancestrial Forge and all the recipes in the Ancestrial Forge require Radium Alloy. So, to get new and powerful weapons, you need to know how to craft Radium Alloy in V Rising.
How to Craft Radium Alloy in V Rising
Like every other resource in the game, you need to defeat a boss to unlock the recipe for the Radium Alloy. Once the recipe has been unlocked, you can make the Radium Alloy in the Furnace. To craft Radium Alloy, you need to defeat Angram the Purifier. He is a tough boss for his level, but beating him is worth the effort. You do not just get the recipe unlocked; she drops important shattered weapons after consuming her blood.
Besides that, you also unlock some very interesting things. Once the recipe for the Radium Alloy has been unlocked at the Furnace, you require 1 x Sludge-Filled Canister, 4 x Sulphur, and 60 x Tech Scrap.
You will unlock the recipe to make the Sludge-Filled Canister as you beat Ziva. You must set up the fabricator, unlock it after beating Ziva, and make the Sludge-Filled Canister. Alternatively, this resource can be found in house containers in the Gollmrot area. If you have progressed this far, you already know how to make Sulphur, and Tech Scrap is one of the easiest resources to find in the Gloomrot area.
