To start the quest, you need to make your way to the southeast side of Forbidden Forest, Dim Forest region. Follow the quest marker shown on the map. You have to go uphill to locate the exiled Yongli. Once you reach the location, you will spot the Yongli surrounded by several explosives. Go up to him and he will warn you not to come any closer
Since you can’t go up to him, all you can do is use a ranged weapon and shoot one of the explosives. This will start a chain reaction and all the other explosives will detonate. This will alarm the Yongli, and then you are free to go up to him and talk to him. This will start the Danger! Explosive quest which is a short side quest for the exiled Yongli
