How To Find Barboach
Barboach can be found near the tower ruins. You need to leave the Ocean Temple under construction, proceed toward the stairs, and turn right at the end of them. After doing so, you need to go through the path that runs around the tower ruins. At the end of this path, there will be a Barboach located on the right side of the bridge. Two conversations with it will reveal its desires.
How To Recruit Barboach
First, jump from the edge slightly under where Barboach stands and dive right into the Deep Sea. You have to land directly under the place to get into the passage where the item is located. The deeper you are, the darker it is there, and hence diving will help you reach the seabed safely.
At the seabed level, put some Lampions to light the surroundings. This way, you will clearly see a green platform with a shell shaped like a clam. Go ahead and collect the shell to get the Seashell Seat, which is the shell with a cushion inside similar to the one in Clamperl.
After collecting the Seashell Seat, swim to the surface and talk to Barboach once again to deliver the item to it. After delivering the Seashell Seat to Barboach, it will be happy with your efforts. Go ahead and talk to Barboach once again to get it into your town.
