You have to first unlock Rauh Ruins and head over to Ancient Ruins Base site of grace. Once you have the Rauh Ruins map fragment, make your way to Temple Town Ruins. From the Temple Town Ruins site of grace, follow the stream north towards Ravine North site of grace. From here, follow the river’s shoreline west till you reach the edge of the map
From there, you will spot several tombstones and coffins floating on the river heading south. Follow this path south to reach the entrance to Scorpion River Catacombs. Go past the double doors and take the elevator down to find the Scorpion River Catacombs site of grace
