Throne and Liberty is an exciting MMORPG that you can play for free. You can dive into battles, challenge other players, or team up to take down creatures. Quests are a vital part of the game and offer great rewards. There are two main types of quests: Adventure Quests and Exploration Quests. For example, in Chapter 1, you can take on Janice’s Advice as one of the Adventure Quests. In Janice’s Advice Quest, you will face different challenges, such as investigating the Ornate Book. And finally, finding the key to the Wrought Iron Chest.
How to Begin Janice’s Advice Quest in Throne and Liberty
You’ll first need to complete a quest called Clues Left by Adriana to get started. It’s a simple quest. Here’s what you need to do:
- Check Your Adventure Codex: Once you’ve completed all the quests in Chapter 1, you’ll find clues left by Adriana there.
- Make your way to Spiral Cliff: Go to Windhill Shores, and you’ll see the cliff marked on your map.
- Enter the Lighthouse: Use the Piton to access the lighthouse. You’ll find it while climbing the cliff. Use your grapple gun to reach higher spots.
- Take on the Arkeum Legion: Once you’re inside, fight off the enemies.
- Look for Key Items: Search for two important items: the Faded Journal and the Worn Research Paper.
Steps to complete Janice’s Advice Quest
- Check out the Wrought Iron Chest: After examining the two items, go upstairs. You’ll receive a new task to look at the Wrought Iron Chest.
- Examine the Ornate Book: Next, locate the Ornate Book. It’s on the left side of the chest, resting on a table.
- Check out the Book: Press the F key to examine it. Follow the prompts on the left and bottom of your screen for clues.
- Find the Clue: Position the book so that the flower is facing you, then interact with the flower. This will reveal a hidden compartment.
- Take the Key: Grab the key from inside. Now, use it to unlock the Wrought Iron Chest and see what’s inside to complete the quest.
How to Open Ornate Book in Throne and Liberty
To finish the Janice’s Advice quest, enter the Lighthouse and defeat the Arkeum Legion soldiers. Next, check out the “Worn Research Paper” and the “Faded Journal” on the first floor. Then, go to the second floor and find the Wrought Iron Chest. Looking at it will lead you to the key needed to open the chest. Now, it’s time to look at the Ornate Book.
Here’s what you need to do. Pick up the Ornate Book and take a closer look. Turn the book so it’s facing the front of the screen, ensuring the flower on the cover is visible. Move your cursor around the flower until it changes to a gear icon at a certain point. Press and hold the left-click button to examine the book, and you’ll see a purple circle appear around your cursor. The Ornate Book will now open, revealing the key to the Wrought Iron Chest.
