If you are having a hard time trying to find Hunters, you should first change your difficulty to Medium or higher. This increases their spawn point, but will also make it difficult to defeat them. Then head over to any of the planets in the orange zone to find Terminid enemies. The best way to find Hunters is to locate Hunters Nests during secondary objectives on the planet. If you find any objective that hints at hunting down Hunters, then go ahead with those to find them. Hunters will come at you in packs, so you would need Stratagems that offer crowd control. Using the Orbital 120MM HE Barrage, Orbital Airburst Strike, Eagle Airstrike, or the Eagle Cluster Bomb is enough to defeat them. Since they don’t have a lot of health, you can defeat them with any firearm too.
Another thing to note is that Hunters will bridge the gap between you and them by jumping forward, so always keep moving to avoid their line of sight. Since they gather in groups, it is best to use Stratagems to easily manage them
