There are a few ways you can increase the item drop rate. The first method is by finding the Silver Scarab Talisman from a hidden area called Hidden Path to the Haligtree. You can get here after unlocking the Grand Lift of Rold in Forbidden Lands. Once you reach the Hidden Path to the Haligtree, you have to make your way up several flights of stairs and defeat enemies along the way. After a certain pathway, you have to jump over the railing down on a secret hidden path below. Follow this path and it will lead you to a window where there is a chest containing the Silver Scarab Talisman

The next item you can get your hands on is Silver-Pickled Prowl Foot. You can either craft them or purchase them from vendors. To craft this item, you need to first get your hands on the Missionary’s Cookbook 3 at Smoldering Church. This area is northeast of Caelid or northwest of Limgrave, and once you enter Caelid from Limgrave, head southeast of Minor Erdtree. There is a dead body inside the Smoldering Church where you can loot the cookbook off of. To craft Silver Pickled Prowl Foot, you require the following items

  • 1x Silver Firefly
  • 1x Four-Toed Fowl Foot
  • 3x Rowa Fruit

You can get most of the above items via scavenging and killing enemies. If you find this too difficult, you can visit Gatekeeper Gostoc in Stormveil Castle and purchase this item. Or kill him to loot it off his body
