Like most weapons, you have to defeat a certain enemy to get Eleonora’s Poleblade as a drop. To get this weapon, you have to find and defeat Eleonora, Violet Bloody Finger. You can find this invader NPC at Second Church of Marika. While Eleonora is acquainted with Bloody Finger Hunter Yura, you do not need to meet or complete Yura’s questline to get to Eleonora. Although it is optional, completing Yura’s questline can bring you to Eleonora’s location faster.

From the Shaded Castle Site of Grace, head southeast to find the Second Church of Marika. Just walk around the area and Eleonora will appear. She is a high level boss, so you need to be at least level 50 to defeat her. She is weak against frost, bleed, poison, and scarlet rot, but can also inflict bleed and rot damage. Use Stanching Boluses to help heal you during the fight. Once she is dead, you can pick up Eleonora’s Poleblade as a drop
