During Season 1 – Raging Tides, you can unlock a bunch of new schematics for free. All you have to do is progress through the new Season Pass and complete the many challenges within. There are three progression paths you can complete, and the Wrathful Ward armor is available under Shipmaster progression path. As you level up and complete the new challenges under Season 1, you can get close to unlocking all the materials and schematics under the season pass. 

The only way you can progress through the season pass is by collecting Smuggler’s Marks. You can collect one Smuggler’s Marks when you attain 1000 Smuggler’s Points. You can collect Smuggler’s Points by completing all the contracts for William Blackwood, a new pirate in Saint Anne. Another way to get Smuggler’s Points is by increasing Infamy and completing challenges. Completing them within the week will help you get bonus points
