But consuming murky water does come with risks, as your chances of dysentery increases by 12% and you also get -5 health

Purified Water

You can filter murky water to get clean drinking water. Place murky water in the cooking pot and place it on a bonfire to get purified water. This water is safe for consumption and can be stored and taken with you during long journeys.

Dew Collectors

You can craft Dew Collectors at your base to farm water. To do that, reach level 2 in the Workstation, which is possible after reading 2 Forge Ahead magazines. Next, purchase the Water Filter from traders and loot the overworld to get Scrap Polymer, Duct Tape, and Short Iron Pipes. Pipes can be found while dismantling cars and appliances. Destroying plastic can give you scrap plastic, and duct tape can be found inside the cabinets of various houses. Take all the required materials to the workbench to craft and use the Dew Collector
