To get a Rotom Catalog, you need to visit the Auction House in Porto Marinada. You can unlock this location as well as the bidding option after clearing Cascarrafa’s Water Gym Challenge, where you have to participate in the Seaweed Bidding Auction. After that, you can explore the Auction house and meet various vendors. Walk around till you find a vendor shouting out for Rotom Catalogs. Talk to the vendor to start bidding, then purchase the Rotom Catalog.
To use the Rotom Catalog, just equip it from your key items in your inventory/ backpack and give it to Rotom. If you don’t have a Rotom yet, you can find them around Porto Marinada itself. You can also try your luck around Levincia in east Paldea. The various forms that Rotom can take with the Rotom Catalog are:
- Heat Rotom
- Wash Rotom
- Frost Rotom
- Fan Rotom
- Mow Rotom
