Some of the weapon camo challenges in MW4 DMZ have a requirement of mounting kills. However, figuring out how to mount your weapons can be difficult. Fortunately, there are two ways to do this in the game: by mounting your weapon on a surface or using the Bipod Attachment with an eligible weapon.

How To Get Mounted Kills

There are some camo challenges that require you to make 20 eliminations while mounted in Modern Warfare 4. The challenge might be difficult to understand for the player initially, particularly since this is a new mounting process that you have never encountered before in the game. The multiplayer and the DMZ modes of the game have similar challenges, and you can use this technique for both modes.

To complete the challenge, you do not need to attach a bipod or any other attachment to your weapon. What you have to use is the new mounting technique, where you can mount your weapon and lean around corners.

Once you are close to a wall or corner, you just have to press R3 on your controller to mount your weapon. If you are playing the game on any other platform, then you will have to look for the mounting option on the screen to know the button you have to press. Once you’re mounted, eliminate enemies while staying in that position. Keep doing this until you reach 20 eliminations, and you’ll complete the camo challenge.

In Modern Warfare 4, all weapons can be mounted as standard. But these mounts will only take place on certain surfaces like low walls, ledges, and corners. When you mount your weapon, your weapon’s recoil will be less, and it will become easier for you to kill your opponents. But when you do this, you will have to stand still. You will not be able to move around much. To mount your weapon almost anywhere, you need to use the Bipod Attachment found in the Underbarrel category of the Gunsmith. But remember that the Bipod Attachment is not compatible with all weapons. Once you’ve equipped it, mount your weapon and eliminate an enemy to make progress on any camo challenges that require mounted kills.
