The immersive, open-world role-playing game Hogwarts Legacy is scheduled to debut on February 10, but players can have early access to the game on February 7th, if they have bought the digital edition of the game. This is fantastic news for all the Potterheads. There are various quests in the Hogwarts Legacy that play a significant role in the game, these quests are interconnected to each other as a series. There is always so much to uncover in this magical world. The Harry Potter franchise has relied heavily on spells because the characters utilize them both offensively and defensively, Hogwarts Legacy will also have these spells, and to get a variety of spells players will require more spell slots.
This guide will cover How to Get More Spell Slots in Hogwarts Legacy.
How to Increase Spell Slots in Hogwarts Legacy
Spells have played an anchor role in the Harry Potter books, and that is going to continue with the game as well. Though the game will not be exactly like the movies, there will be a new Wizarding World experience. Players will be able to explore Hogsmeade, the Forbidden Forest, and the legendary Hogwarts. As it was seen in the Harry Potter movies, players will be able to brew potions and learn those popular spells. In the initial stages of the game, players will only have four spell slots, which won’t be enough as you progress in the game. To get more slots, players first have to unlock Talents.
Players just have to play the game to get talents; there are many additional abilities and spell slots that can be unlocked through the talents. Just play the game and level up your character; complete the sidequests and missions to earn XP.
After unlocking talents, players will also unlock one talent point for each XP level. Percival Rackham’s trial quest has to be completed to unlock talent points, which is very long quest. After completing this quest, players have to interact with the painting of Rackham to unlock Talents. Now purchase the Spell Knowledge Talents to get more spell slots; after unlocking them, players will get five talent branches to select from: Dark Arts, Core, Spells, Stealth, and Room of Requirement. Spell knowledge will be unlocked from the Core; once you have enough points, go to the Core and choose one of the three spell slots; it will cost one talent for each slot.
