Unlike other resources, you cannot find Moon Dust while scavenging the various regions. Rather, you will have better luck purchasing Moon Dust from the Wretched Broker. It costs 80 bones to buy one Moon Dust. If you don’t find moon dust listed in the store, then you need to unlock a certain incantation first. The incantation you need to work on is the Consecration of Ashes, which gets unlocked while upgrading your grasp several times. Once you unlock the incantation, you need to craft it using 1x Cider, 6x Ash, and 6x Fate Fabric
Once you have the incantation, you can upgrade your Arcana deck and also receive 3x Moon Dust initially. Then you can visit the Wretched Broker to purchase moon dust later on. You can also get moon dust from Charon, but it is a much rarer find than getting it from Broker. Also, if you defeat Hecate without any Arcana Cards, you can unlock the Natural Talent Prophecy, which rewards you with 6 Moon Dust.
