To unlock the Inferno Rider echo, you can find them at Tacet Fields. You can also track them via the weekly events, but the best way to locate the Inferno Rider is via the We Promise We Deliver quest. Towards the end of this quest you will be tasked to tackle the Inferno Rider, and this is the way you can unlock the Inferno Rider Echo and equip it on your character
You will also be given a tutorial on how you can use the echo and transform into the Inferno Rider. That way you can utilize the flaming motorcycle and destroy obstacles as your next objective. Below is the description for this echo skill
“Transform into Inferno Rider to perform consecutive strikes, dealing Fusion DMG. Increase current character’s Fusion DMG and Basic Attack DMG. Long press Echo Skill to enter the Riding Mode.”
