The easiest way to obtain F.Fabric is from the Wretched Broker. It will cost 60 Bones to purchase this item from the store, but you have to wait for reset before the store replenishes lost stock. You can also get F.Fabric by speaking to spider Arachne. Just before reaching Hecate in Erebis, you will encounter Arachne who will offer you three choices in Armor. Choose the Onyx Outfit, as not only will you get this armor, but you will also receive one F.Fabric as a gift.
If you have enough Obol Points, you can exchange them with Charon to get F.Fabric. You can find Charon at the Crossroads and check out what’s for sale and purchase the Fate Fabric from there. And the final, more unreliable way of obtaining F.Fabric is from Minor Prophecies in the Crossroads. You can start this after Lord Moros’s encounter, but Minor Prophecies can only be completed one time. So farming F.Fabric this way is not worth the effort
